The Lux Productions was founded in 2001 as a full service production company, catering to the needs of the event and theatre industries. Over the years, we have had the experience and expertise to assist clients from big to small realize their productions to fruition. And we love doing it.

After receiving a BFA and MFA in Southern California, Tom returned home to Napa to work with friends on future endeavors. Soon, along with high school buddy, Chadwick Meyer, started The Lux Productions.
Tom now uses his contacts and knowledge that he learned while going to a great masters program at Cal St Fullerton ; working for the Disney Resort in Anaheim and working for special event design firms Brite Ideas and Shine Lighting.
Some of Tom's favorite events are: V-Foundation Wine Celebration, EAA's Gathering of Eagles Dinner, our yearly trip to Vegas for Bank of the West and dinners at all the great homes and wineries in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

Sean Gallagher - Operations Manager - SeanG@thelux.com
B.A. – California State University Fullerton - ‘97

Mr. Gallagher’s experience straddles Indie-film, street theatre, collegiate and Las Vegas showrooms. With experience in both departments of set design and lighting design, he brings technical skill to Lux’s repertoire. Originating in Southern California, Sean has cut his teeth in store front theatre and is quite familiar with inventing lighting solutions. In addition to his theatrical experience, Sean brings 9 years of technical service and installation experience working for a major theatrical lighting manufacture. His prowess in advanced lighting systems will bring ‘Las Vegas’ showroom sophistication’ to each Lux Production.

New to The Lux in 2010, Gillian has seven years of Event Design and Hospitality experience. Gillian has worked for vendors and clients of The Lux and has made time during her busy schedule to get her Multi-Subject Teaching credential. Wither she is on top of a ladder or helping you plan your next Event/Wedding, her dedication and outgoing personality will make you feel at ease. She now brings all that experience to The Lux, allowing The Lux Productions to continue its rise to the top of the California and Nevada Event Industry.

Jared has been with The Lux Productions for the last few years. During that time he has learned all the ins and outs of what the event industry has to offer. Jared's level of commitment and experience has elevated him to the position of Production Manager. He has assisted Tom and others for the last three years, also asking the right questions and learning from others mistakes. Jared bring with him an intimate knowlege of Audio and Lighting effects.
